Anne and I would just like to thank you for the professional job that you did. Owning two houses we have had a lot of work done in the past. We can honestly say that you were the best by far. I've found in the past some contractors wouldn't call back, didn't show up when they were supposed to, or even show up at all. The only regret I have is not knowing about your company before I had someone else paint our house. I must say that I would have been much happier with the workmanship if you did it. Anne and I also know that you gave us a fair and good price, we do appreciate that. Above all, for myself, I honestly believe in the professionalism even above the quality. I hope in the future you keep the same standards as you have today. Taking the time to talk to a customer and explain and to listen. Those things mean the most to your customers. When I first called Ammerman's Quality Services I was interested in having a little work done on my home. I was so impressed with the workmanship. When the job was done I had a 13 room renovation. I call Tom whenever I need work done on my house or other properties I own in Maine. I can always rely on Tom to do professional, quality work. He is dependable, consciences and reliable. I contacted Tom Ammerman on a Friday for an estimate on roofing my home at 384 South Main Street, Old Town, Maine. Tom showed up the next day and figured the estimate, which sounded reasonable to me. Tom took the job for the following week, but the rainy Maine weather held him up the first week. On the following Monday, he arrived with his crew. They stripped off 30 square of shingles and metal valleys and replaced them with new shingles, and Ice and Water Shield in 3 1/2 days. This was very fast for the amount of work completed. I found Tom and his crew to be very efficient and very courteous. I would recommend Tom and his crew to anyone at any time.
